  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Allow 5-10 business days for your refund to process.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for kifesh products not purchased from kifeshstore.com.
Initiating a Return:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@kifesh-shop.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return request.
Return Process:
  • Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
  • Please securely package the item.
  • Don't forget to put your order slip in the package.
Refunds:
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • The refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If you damaged the purchase, it will not be refunded.
Exchanges:
