Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- All accessories and free gifts included with the purchase must be returned.
- Allow 5-10 business days for your refund to process.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for kifesh products not purchased from kifeshstore.com.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@kifesh-shop.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return request.
- Once your return request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
- Please securely package the item.
- Don't forget to put your order slip in the package.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- The refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If you damaged the purchase, it will not be refunded.
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Gift cards, sale, and clearance items are non-refundable and not eligible for returns.
